Modi Unleashes Jaw-Dropping Critique: Nehru’s Shocking Belief About Indian Work Ethic Revealed!

New Delhi, 5th February 2024: Prime Minister Narendra Modi, addressing the Lok Sabha during the Budget session of Parliament, delivered a critique of historical perspectives, focusing particularly on Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru and former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi. Modi asserted that Nehru held the belief that Indians lacked a strong work ethic, quoting Nehru’s 1959 address emphasizing the importance of hard work for national progress. Modi argued that Nehru’s view portrayed Indians as not accustomed to diligent work, attributing it to ingrained habits.

Additionally, PM Modi criticized Indira Gandhi, suggesting her alignment with Nehru’s perspective. He contended that the current mindset of the Congress party reflects a lack of trust in the country’s capabilities, with Congress historically considering itself superior to the public.

Looking ahead, Modi expressed confidence in the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)-led National Democratic Alliance’s (NDA) success in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. He predicted the NDA crossing 400 seats, with the BJP securing 370 seats. The Prime Minister pledged that, under his leadership in a third term, India would become the world’s third-largest economic power. He promised significant decisions to lay a robust foundation for the country’s future.

During his address, Modi highlighted his government’s achievements over the past decade, emphasizing the construction of four crore houses for the poor, including 80 lakh pucca houses for the urban poor. He compared the speed of his government’s accomplishments to Congress, asserting that at Congress’s pace, it would have taken a century to complete the same work. The Prime Minister also pointed out a significant increase in employment opportunities, with over 18 crore new subscribers registering with the Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) in the last decade.

Modi claimed success in managing inflation despite challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic and the conflict between Ukraine and Russia. Overall, the Prime Minister’s address aimed to showcase his government’s achievements, criticize historical perspectives within the Congress party and outline a vision for India’s future economic and political landscape.
