We Have One Vacant Driver’s Seat: BJP’s Rane Takes Dig At Shinde Faction Spokesperson Kesarkar
Mumbai, 7th August 2022: Recently, the Eknath Shinde faction and the Bharatiya Janata Party formed the government in Maharashtra. The MLAs of both the camps are still waiting for the cabinet expansion after 36 days. Meanwhile, the BJP leader has created a political storm by making a statement against the Shinde camp spokesperson, Deepak Kesarkar. The dispute between Deepak Kesarkar and Narayan Rane has once again heated up. Nilesh Rane has offered Kesarkar a direct driver’s job. His statement has started indicating a dispute between the Shinde group and the BJP.
The Eknath Shinde faction’s spokesperson Deepak Kesarkar had slammed BJP’s Union Cabinet Minister Narayan Rane. He says that Narayan Rane defamed Yuva Sena chief Aaditya Thackeray in the actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s suicide case. Kesarkar had given a statement that he had complained about it to Prime Minister Narendra Modi. But, this has angered the BJP. Now Nilesh Rane has directly criticized Kesarkar.
Rane said, “Deepak Kesarkar says I am ready to work with Rane. If you want to ask for a job, then ask properly. We have one vacant driver’s seat.” Interestingly, Deepak Kesarkar backed down from the controversy. Recently he said that he will no longer make statements about Rane. He said, “The issues I raised yesterday are being sidelined. Uddhav Thackeray had alleged that you were silent when allegations were leveled against my family. I replied to his same statement. We were not silent. I had also complained about this to the Supreme Leader of the country.”
He further stated, “It is common knowledge that Narayan Rane and I had a dispute. But it is wrong to associate every incident with him. I have treated him with utmost respect at that time. I have said many times that I am with Rane. There is no personal dispute with him. If the time comes to work with him for the development of the district then I am definitely ready.”
Kesarkar said, “It is wrong for me to make a statement about Sharad Pawar, so I won’t say anything in his name. If I talk about him it is similar to saying bad things. Similarly, I don’t talk against Narayan Rane.”
