Regional Parties In India Will Perish – BJP’s Nadda; Shiv Sena’s Saamana Claps Back
Mumbai, 4th August 2022: After the rebellion of MLAs and MPs under the leadership of Eknath Shinde, a big storm has risen in Shiv Sena. Following the peoples’ representatives joining the Shinde group, the party officials are now doing the same. Questions are being raised, over the political existence of the Thackeray family, in such a situation.
Meanwhile, BJP national president, JP Nadda, during a program in Patna, claimed that all regional parties in the country would perish. Against this claim, Shiv Sena has clapped back at the BJP through its daily newspaper ‘Saamana.’
Warning the BJP leadership, Saamana reports, “JP Nadda has ‘cursed’ all the regional parties that only BJP will remain and all others will perish. There is a saying in Marathi that a cow does not die due to the curse of a crow. The meaning of this proverb should be explained to Nadda. The BJP has enacted a law to ban cow slaughter, whatever it may be. Therefore, the cows of regional parties will not die due to the curse of crows. Shiv Sena is a lion. You will not be able to tolerate the leap of this tiger.”
The Saamana report also noted the kind gesture from Balasaheb toward the current Prime Minister. According to the editorial of Saamana, the current Prime Minister of the country, Narendra Modi, was in trouble after the 2002 riots. During the time, the then Shiv Sena chief, Balasaheb Thackeray, supported Narendra Modi when he was surrounded from all sides by trouble. Shiv Sena has attacked BJP by reminding it about this gesture from Balasaheb.
The editorial also states, “While the whole world was standing against Narendra Modi, only Balasaheb Thackeray was supporting Modi for his Hindutva. It was the people of his party who went against Modi by pointing out the riots in Gujarat and Rajdharma. At that time, Balasaheb was the only leader in the country who had said, ‘Keep Raj Dharma aside, don’t target Modi because of Hindu religion, don’t remove him from the post of Chief Minister of Gujarat.”
“Since Modi cannot fight Shiv Sena in Maharashtra, he threatened Shiv Sena with ‘ED’, etc. You may have a handful of people in your pocket now, but Balasaheb’s Shiv Sena will once again reach the skies. Shiv Sena will not be afraid of your threats,” the report further stated.
