AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi has described the ongoing political crisis in Maharashtra as a dance of monkeys. Owaisi said that let the Maha Vikas Aghadi consider this matter. We are keeping an eye on the drama unfolding. 37 MLAs of Shiv Sena, one of the ruling parties of Maharashtra, have turned rebel. Eknath Shinde is leading the rebel MLAs. At present, these rebel MLAs are camping in a hotel in Guwahati, Assam.

 

Asaduddin Owaisi, who is often in the discussion about his statements, said on Saturday regarding the Maharashtra crisis, ‘Let the Maha Vikas Aghadi consider this matter. We are keeping an eye on the drama unfolding… It looks like a monkey dance. They are acting like monkeys jumping from one branch to another.

 

Rebel MLA said – Eknath Shinde is their leader

 

Disgruntled Shiv Sena MLA Deepak Kesarkar on Saturday said the rebel faction has a two-thirds majority in the legislature party and has appointed senior Maharashtra minister Eknath Shinde as its leader. Kesarkar said that he has not left Shiv Sena, but named his group Shiv Sena (Balasaheb). He said that only 16 or 17 people cannot change the leader of the group of 55 MLAs.

Athawale said Maharashtra government in minority

 

Union minister Ramdas Athawale on Saturday said the Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) coalition government in Maharashtra is now in a minority in the assembly as two-thirds of Shiv Sena MLAs have gone with rebel leader Eknath Shinde. Athawale said, “Rebel Shiv Sena leader Eknath Shinde has the support of more than two-thirds of the MLAs, after which the MVA government has come down to a minority.” Fadnavis told me that the Bharatiya Janata Party has no role in this development.
