BJP Mahila Morcha’s Namo Walkathon Kicks Off in Pune with Inspiring Address by Amruta Fadnavis

Pune, 21st January 2024: Amruta Fadnavis, wife of Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, emphasized the importance of women taking time for themselves to achieve success in life. Speaking at the inauguration of the Namo Walkathon organized by BJP Mahila Morcha under Namo Chashak, Fadnavis shared her views on women’s empowerment and self-care.

The event was graced by the presence of Minister of Higher and Technical Education of Maharashtra Chandrakant Patil, MLA Madhuri Misal, BJP City President Dheeraj Ghate, BJP State Vice President Rajesh Pandey, former MLA Jagdish Mulik, and Ankita Patil.

Fadnavis highlighted the saffron atmosphere prevailing across the country on the eve of the inauguration of the Shri Ram temple in Ayodhya. She expressed that this event marks the birth of a Hindu nation and credited Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s timely decisions for making the dream of the Ram Mandir a reality.

Minister Chandrakant Patil commended the efforts of the women’s front in empowering and motivating women through the Namo Walkathon. He suggested the need for organizing such special programs for women regularly to inspire and uplift them.

Dheeraj Ghate, BJP City President, acknowledged the enthusiastic response to the Namo Cup competition in Pune and mentioned that the Namo Walkathon symbolizes the city’s spirit.

Women who have excelled in various fields were felicitated during the event. Fadnavis further mentioned, “Devendra Fadnavis has written a song for the inauguration of Shri Ram Mandir, and it’s been composed by Ajay-Atul. Me and Devendra Fadnavis have sung some chorus parts.”
