Sharad Pawar Dissolved All Units Of NCP Amid Tension In Shiv Sena
Mumbai, 21st July 2022: Sharad Pawar has dissolved all the units and cells of the NCP with immediate effect amid the political tension in Maharashtra.
On Wednesday, Praful Patel, NCP National General Secretary tweeted, “With the approval of our National President Hon’ble Shri Sharad Pawar Saheb, all the National level Departments and Cells of
@NCPspeaks excluding Nationalist Women’s Congress, Nationalist Youth Congress, and Nationalist Students Congress stand dissolved with immediate effect.”
The NCP took this step at a time when the Maha Vikas Aghadi government was dismissed from power in Maharashtra three weeks ago. The NCP was involved as the largest partner in this government. However, Shiv Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray was made the CM post.
In such a situation, this internal action of NCP is also linked to the ruckus in Shiv Sena. It is being said that Sharad Pawar is preparing to give opportunities to the newcomers in the NCP. For this reason, the cells and units have been disbanded. The next decision regarding the same will be taken soon.
