Raut Was Pawar’s Pawn Hence He Is Silent On His Arrest: Taunt Of Eknath Shinde Faction

Mumbai, 1st August 2022: No statement from Nationalist Congress party (NCP) leader Sharad Pawar has come out on Sanjay Raut’s arrest so far.

Meanwhile, Eknath Shinde faction MLA Sanjay Shirsat has taunted Raut and Pawar. He said that Sharad Pawar has used Sanjay Raut and now he has lost his usefulness. This is the reason why no statement from Sharad Pawar has come on his arrest. He said that Sanjay Raut would now know his worth.

While talking on one of the Marathi news channels, Shirsat said that for which Sanjay Raut destroyed Shiv Sena, he is now reaping the fruits of that karma. He further said that two leaders of Sharad Pawar’s own party are in jail but Sharad Pawar never talks about this. Then Sanjay Shirsat raised the question that who went to talk about Sanjay Raut.

Shirsat launched a scathing attack on Sanjay Raut, saying that he was Sharad Pawar’s pawn. “The work of this piece is now over. This has been acknowledged by a senior leader like Sharad Pawar, so now Sharad Pawar will not react on this.” He said that at the behest of Sharad Pawar, Sanjay Raut had done the work of breaking the Shiv Sena.

Sanjay Shirsat said that the entire Maharashtra knows that Sanjay Raut is with NCP instead of Shiv Sena. Raut has always taken a helpful stand for the NCP. In such a situation, now no Shiv Sena leader will stand behind him.

After being arrested by Enforcement Directorate (ED), did any Shiv Sena leader thrash his chest and say that he is with Sanjay Raut? questioned Shirsat. He said that Sharad Pawar works sincerely to take forward his party and hence Pawar took this step to grow his party.

Sanjay Shirsat said that Sharad Pawar must have been the happiest after the division of Shiv Sena.
