4. IPS Bachchan Singh:

5. SPS Chetana Shekhar Tidke:

The Government Order highlights that the Director General of Police, State of Maharashtra, is expected to take further appropriate action, considering factors such as the orders of the Central/Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal/Court, Model Code of Conduct for Elections, Law and Order, etc. The decision is made with due consideration of the recommendation of Police Establishment Board No.1, and approval from the competent authority specified in Section 22N of the Maharashtra Police Act.
