BPSC TRE 4 Recruitment 2026: 32,388 Teacher Vacancies Announced

Patna, 18th August 2026: The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has released the notification for the fourth phase of the Teacher Recruitment Examination (TRE-4.0) 2026, opening recruitment for 32,388 school teacher posts across Bihar.

Under Advertisement No. 14/2026, eligible Indian candidates can apply for the vacant teaching posts under the Bihar Education Department. The online application process will begin on September 1, 2026, according to the official schedule.

Candidates will be able to submit their applications until September 30, while the last date for fee payment is September 29. Both the application and fee payment windows will open on September 1.

The recruitment drive covers teaching positions across different school levels, including primary, middle, secondary and higher secondary schools. The vacancy count was earlier announced by Bihar Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary after the Education Department sent the recruitment requisition to the BPSC.

The detailed recruitment notification will provide candidates with information on eligibility criteria, educational and professional qualifications, age limits, reservation, examination pattern and other requirements.

The BPSC has advised candidates to check the official commission website for the application process and recruitment-related guidelines. The TRE-4.0 examination is scheduled to be held from September 22 to September 27, according to the latest recruitment schedule.

With over 32,000 vacancies on offer, the recruitment drive is expected to draw applications from a large number of teaching aspirants across Bihar and other parts of the country.
