Next Lok Sabha Election Will Be AAP vs BJP: MP Sanjay Singh

New Delhi, 19th August 2022: The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has announced the name of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal as the contender for the post of Prime Minister in the 2024 Lok Sabha Elections, Sanjay Singh announced on Friday.

The announcement was made by the senior party leader and MP Sanjay Singh, agitated by the CBI raids on Friday at the residence of the Aam Aadmi Party’s second biggest leader and Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi, Manish Sisodia. He said that the central government will not be able to check the growing influence of AAP in other states and that the 2024 Lok Sabha elections will be ‘Kejriwal vs Modi’.

At the press conference, Singh said, “The next Lok Sabha election in 2024 will be AAP vs BJP, Modi vs Kejriwal. We will compete. I am saying again that you cannot stop Kejriwal or our education and health model. You can arrest our health minister or education minister, but no work in Delhi will stop. If you want to target Kejriwal and Aam Aadmi Party, you are free to do so, but the whole country is watching. The mission of making India number one in the world will not stop.’’

Following the recommendation of the LG to probe the alleged scam in Delhi’s excise policy, the CBI on Friday raided 21 locations in seven states, including the official residence of Sisodia, who holds the excise department. The CBI seized many devices and documents during this period. The names of 15 people, including the deputy Chief Minister, have been included in the FIR. AAP is furious about the raid and is calling it an attempt to stop the good works of the Kejriwal government in Delhi.
