MSRDC Plans To Lease Out Land Parcel In Pune’s Mangalwar Peth Area For 60 Years, Plans To Raise Rs 53.40 Crore
Pune 8th Sept 2023: The Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (MSRDC) has planned to lease out a land parcel in the Mangalwar Peth area of Pune for a period of 60 years. The land parcel measuring a total of 8,900 sq mtrs is expected to generate Rs 53.40 Crore for the MSRDC.
According to the tender document issued by MSRDC, the lessee will also be required to make a one-time lease premium payment of Rs 120 crore. The documents also states that those will to take the land parcels on lease will also have to deal with the local authorities for necessary permissions while planning activities here. The Pune land parcel falls under the jurisdiction of the Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority (PMRDA).
