ED Summons AAP’s MLA Durgesh Pathak; Sisodia Asks, ” Is The Motive Liquor Policy Or Municipal Elections”
New Delhi, 19th September 2022: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has summoned party MLA and in-charge of municipal elections, Durgesh Pathak. Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia informed the same via Twitter. In his tweet, he asked if their motive is liquor policy or corporation elections.
On Monday Sisodia tweeted, “Today ED has summoned AAP’s MCD election in-charge Durgesh Pathak. What has our MCD election in charge got to do with the Delhi government’s liquor policy? Is their target liquor policy or MCD elections?”
A day earlier, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in the party’s first National People’s Convention, said, ” The central government is trying to implicate the ministers and leaders of his party in false cases of corruption. The reason for this is that the BJP is unable to digest the growing popularity of AAP. There have been 169 cases against our MLAs so far and they have not been punished in a single case.”
