Gadchiroli, 8th January 2024: Deputy Chief Minister and Home Minister Devendra Fadnavis unveiled a robust plan to reclaim religious spaces in Maharashtra during a recent district planning meeting in Gadchiroli. The initiative, part of a carefully phased approach, aims to eliminate encroachments on religious sites, ensuring their sanctity while upholding the cultural and spiritual heritage of the state.
Fadnavis outlined a systematic removal process to address encroachments on religious grounds, emphasizing the government’s commitment to ensuring the free and unobstructed use of these spaces.
