Now Youths In Maharashtra Will Get Food And Accommodation Facilities While Going For Recruitment Rallies
Mumbai, 29th August 2022: Chief Minister Eknath Shinde has directed that accommodation and breakfast should be arranged through the district administration for youths coming for police and firemen recruitment and necessary health facilities should be provided there. In this regard, MLA Pratap Sarnaik had given a letter to the Chief Minister.
To serve the country, the youth participate enthusiastically in recruitment in the police and fire service. Many of these youths are from poor families.
Chief Minister said that breakfast and health facilities should be provided to these youths while providing accommodation in Zilla Parishad or municipal schools through the district administration where such recruitment tests will be conducted so that they are not inconvenienced there.
In the wake of the death of a 21-year-old youth who was running during a test for firefighter recruitment, a letter was written requesting the government to provide facilities to youth recruits. Taking immediate notice of this, the Chief Minister instructed that the district administration should take vigilance so that the youth are not inconvenienced.
