Manish Sisodia Says, “Will Cut Off My Head But Will Not Bow Down In Front Of The Corrupt Conspirators”
New Delhi, 22nd August 2022: On Monday, Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia released a statement about the alleged liquor scam in Delhi. He said that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has asked him to disband the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP). Sisodia, describing himself as a Rajput and a descendant of Maharana Pratap, said that he would be beheaded but would not bow down.
Sisodia tweeted, “I have got the message of BJP – break AAP and join BJP, will get all CBI ED cases closed. My reply to BJP – I am a Rajput, a descendant of Maharana Pratap. I will cut off my head but will not bow down in front of the corrupt conspirators. All the cases against me are false. Do whatever you want to do.”
He added, “I am going to Gujarat with Arvind Kejriwal on a two-day tour. Impressed by the way work is done in Delhi and the way work is being done in Punjab, the people of Gujarat want to give it a chance to Kejriwal. Kejriwal’s government will show what BJP has not done for Gujarat in the last 27 years.”
Union Minister Anurag Thakur said, “This is the first time that the same person has the Department of Education and also the Department of Liquor. This government does blatant corruption. If their liquor policy is so brilliant, then why has the CBI involved itself. Arvind Kejriwal gives a certificate to Satyendra Jain and he is in jail today. Now Arvind Kejriwal is giving a certificate to Manish Sisodia. Their entire model is of corruption. This is not swaraj but liquor raj.”
