Petition Filed In Bombay HC Against Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar And Union Law Minister Kiren Rijiju

Mumbai, 2nd February 2023: A petition has been filed in the Bombay High Court against Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar and Union Law Minister and Justice Kiren Rijiju. The Bombay Lawyers Association has filed a petition against Dhankhar and Ririju for their recent statements.

The Bombay Lawyers Association, in its petition, has demanded the removal of Dhankhar and Rijiju from their posts. In the petition, the High Court has been demanded to stop both from discharging their official duties. The petition said that the recent statements of Dhankhar and Rijiju have shown a lack of faith in the Constitution.
