
NGEL Recruitment 2025: Apply by May 6 for Engineers and Executives Posts with Salary Up to Rs 11 LPA
New Delhi, 18 April 2025: NTPC Green Energy Limited (NGEL), a subsidiary of NTPC Limited, has revised the application schedule for Advertisement No. 01/25. Due to technical reasons, the online application start date has been rescheduled from April 11 to April 16, 2025, and the last date to apply is May 6, 2025 (till 11:59 PM).
NGEL is hiring experienced professionals for various posts in the renewable energy domain on a fixed-term basis of three years, extendable by two years. Appointments will be made for NGEL Corporate/Stations/Sites/Clusters/JVs and subsidiaries across several states including Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, Rajasthan, and others.
Available Positions and Vacancies:
Engineer (RE-Civil) – 40 posts
Engineer (RE-Electrical) – 80 posts
Engineer (RE-Mechanical) – 15 posts
Executive (RE-Human Resource) – 7 posts
Executive (RE-Finance) – 26 posts
Engineer (RE-IT) – 4 posts
Engineer (RE-Contracts & Material) – 10 posts
Salary Package:
The approximate Cost to Company (CTC) for all posts is up to ₹11,00,000 per annum, inclusive of fixed and variable pay components. The actual remuneration will depend on experience, posting location, and other terms.
Eligibility Criteria:
Engineers must have a B.E./B.Tech. in the relevant discipline with at least 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD).
Executive (HR): Full-time PG Degree/Diploma in HR/IR/Personnel Management or equivalent.
Executive (Finance): CA/CMA qualification with minimum 1-year post-qualification experience.
Age Limit:
The upper age limit for all positions is 30 years.

A non-refundable fee of ₹500 is applicable for General, EWS, and OBC male candidates. SC/ST, PwBD, XSM, and all female candidates are exempted.
Selection Procedure:
The selection process will consist of:
Computer-Based Test (CBT): 70% weightage
Relevant Experience: 10% weightage
Personal Interview: 20% weightage
CBT will be conducted in major cities including Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Lucknow, Jaipur, Bhopal, and others.
