The Chief Minister reviewed the proposed plans of the Higher and Technical Education, Forest, and Agriculture Departments during a meeting at the Sahyadri Guest House. Highlighting the role of technology in addressing pressing issues, he urged the Forest Department to adopt Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Information Technology (IT) to mitigate human-wildlife conflicts effectively.

Fadnavis called for the establishment of a rapid rescue team equipped with high-quality training to handle emergencies arising from such conflicts. Additionally, he proposed the creation of a policy to establish a carbon credit company and encouraged the adoption of the Miyawaki method to boost urban afforestation.
