Maharashtra: Shiv Sena (Uddhav Balasaheb Thackeray) Announces First List for Lok Sabha Elections

Mumbai, 27th March 2024: In a significant move ahead of the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, the Shiv Sena (Uddhav Balasaheb Thackeray) party has unveiled its first list of candidates. The announcement, made by MP Sanjay Raut, comes as a precursor to what is expected to be a closely watched electoral contest.
Sanjog Waghere Patil has been nominated from the Maval constituency, while Rajan Vichare has been entrusted with the responsibility of representing the party in the Thane Lok Sabha constituency. The list, comprising 17 candidates, underscores the strategic positioning of the Shiv Sena Thackeray group as they gear up for the electoral battle.
The unveiling of the candidates’ names was eagerly awaited, with MP Raut hinting at the imminent announcement in a tweet earlier. The selection process, overseen by senior party leaders, reflects a blend of experience and new faces, aimed at addressing the diverse needs and aspirations of the electorate.
