CM Eknath Shinde Announced Development Scheme For Farmers
Mumbai, 26th October 2022: On Tuesday, Chief Minister Eknath Shinde announced that a development plan for the prosperity of Baliraja will be prepared soon. Farmers will soon be compensated for the damage caused by the return rains.
The Chief Minister uniquely celebrated Diwali with farmers from across the state at the ‘Varsha’ residence. Agriculture Minister Abdul Sattar, MP Shrikant Shinde, and others were present on this occasion.
The government has taken many decisions to help the farmers.
CM Shinde said, “The farmers affected by the heavy rains have been given twice the help than before. We also belong to the family of farmers and the government must stand by the farmers in times of crisis.”
He added, “You should fight the crisis without getting tired, the government is ready to help.”
The government has taken many decisions in the last three months for the benefit of farmers. An agricultural development plan is being prepared to enrich Baliraja and through it, the farmers of the suicide-affected areas will be provided with additional agricultural businesses. Agricultural universities will be empowered and emphasis will be placed on diverting farmers toward low-cost, high-yielding agriculture.
