‘This is the biggest political conspiracy so far…’ Sanjay Singh’s attack on BJP after Kejriwal’s plea dismissed

New Delhi, 9th April 2024: After the Delhi High Court dismissed Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s plea, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh held a press conference and targeted the BJP. He also stated that they would approach the Supreme Court in the matter. Sanjay Singh said, ‘This entire case is the biggest political conspiracy in Indian politics since independence.’

The purpose behind this case is not to investigate any scam. It is aimed at toppling the government of Arvind Kejriwal. It is aimed at toppling the government of Punjab. It is aimed at ending the rising reputation of the party and achieving the status of a national party within 10 years. BJP has committed scams, where even a money trail has been found. There is a money trail of 60 crores but no action has been taken against the Bharatiya Janata Party. Sanjay Singh said that Arvind Kejriwal’s lawyers are examining all the documents, and the
court is continuously monitoring this case and that he is hopeful that Arvind Kejriwal will soon get justice from the Supreme Court. There are many delays in the process of justice and judicial process, there are many complexities in the PMLA Act, in which provisions for getting bail are difficult.
