Suspended JD(S) MP Prajwal Revanna Undergoes Medical Examination Amid Sexual Misconduct Allegations
Bengaluru, 31st May 2024: Suspended JD(S) MP Prajwal Revanna, who is embroiled in allegations of sexual misconduct involving multiple women, underwent a medical examination at a hospital under strict security measures, according to police reports.
Accompanied by female police personnel, he was transported to Bowring and Lady Curzon Hospital for the examination.
The Special Investigation Team (SIT) took immediate action upon Prajwal’s arrival at Kempegowda International Airport in Bengaluru from Munich, Germany, apprehending him for interrogation at the CID office.
Sources within the SIT revealed that the team is considering conducting a potency test on Prajwal to ascertain his capability to commit sexual assault, given the nature of the allegations against him.
Prajwal, aged 33 and grandson of Deve Gowda, has been nominated as the BJP-JD(S) alliance candidate for the Hassan Lok Sabha constituency. He is currently facing charges of sexual misconduct involving multiple women, with three cases already registered against him.
