Sukesh Chandrashekhar Donates Rs 50 Crores To AAP To Go To Rajya Sabha? Letter To LG Big Disclosure
New Delhi, 1st November 2022: Sukesh Chandrashekhar, a thug lodged in Delhi’s Mandoli Jail in the money laundering case, has created an earthquake in the politics of Delhi. Sukesh has written a letter to the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi, making serious allegations against Kejriwal’s minister Satyendar Jain.
Giving information about this, Sukesh Chandrashekhar’s lawyer said on Tuesday that Sukesh has written a letter to the LG alleging that Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Satyendar Jain had collected Rs 10 crore in 2019 to ensure his security in jail. Sukesh wrote the letter on 7th October, and his lawyer Ashok K Singh, on 8th October, sent that letter to Lieutenant Governor V. K. Saxena. He has sought direction from the investigating agency to register a case on the complaint and hand over its investigation to the CBI.
Sukesh has alleged that he had donated over Rs 50 crore to AAP. He alleged that he was lodged in Tihar Jail after his arrest in 2017 in the ‘two-leaf election symbol corruption case’, when Satyendar Jain, who was then also a minister in the prisons department, met him.
He said in the letter, “I am ready to give all the evidence to substantiate my complaint against AAP minister Satyendar Jain. I am also ready to record my 164 statements before the court and the judge, but the truth has to be out because I can’t keep it inside me anymore. I am being harassed. They and their so-called honest government should be exposed and shown that they will never be in jail at a high level.”
He claimed in his letter last month that the AAP has promised him an important post in the party in the south region and had also promised to help nominate him to the Rajya Sabha after the expansion.
Chandrashekhar said, “I had known Satyendar Jain of AAP since 2015 and had donated more than Rs 50 crore in the promise to give me an important post in the party in South Zone and help nominate me to the Rajya Sabha. In 2019, Satyendar Jain, his secretary and his close friend Sushil again met me in jail, asking me to give two crore rupees every month to be safe in jail and to provide basic facilities.’’
The letter further alleged that in this way a total of Rs 10 crore was given to Satyendar Jain and Rs 12.50 crore to DG Jail Sandeep Goyal. The letter also states that Sukesh Chandrashekhar had also given this information to the Enforcement Directorate (ED). He has alleged, “Jain is now lodged in Tihar. He is threatening me through DG Jail and Jail Administration. I am being asked to withdraw the complaint filed in the High Court, and I am being harassed seriously.’’
Delhi Chief Minister and AAP leader Arvind Kejriwal rubbished Chandrashekhar’s allegations, claiming it was an attempt to divert attention from the Morbi bridge collapse incident in Gujarat.
