Should Delhi Be AAP Dependent Or Self-Reliant? What did Kejriwal Answer To Shah’s Question?

New Delhi, 20th October 2022: Home Minister Amit Shah accused the Kejriwal government of treating the three urban bodies (MCDs) existing in Delhi with step-motherly treatment, saying that they owe Rs 40,000 crore to them. Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal has retaliated to this statement of Amit Shah.

In fact, Amit Shah attended the launch program of a garbage-to-electricity plant in Delhi on Friday. During this, he said that now about 7,000 metric tonnes of garbage will be disposed of every day in Delhi.

Shah said that we will answer the behavior of Arvind Kejriwal in a democratic manner. He said that 2,000 metric tonnes of waste would be recycled with the commissioning of this plant. He said that this plant will generate 25 MW of electricity every day and that, such heaps and mountains of garbage will not be seen in Delhi in the future. The Union Home Minister, Amit Shah said, ‘’Kejriwal’s party wants Delhi to be ‘AAP’ dependent, we want it to become self-reliant.’’

Delhi CM Kejriwal retaliated to this statement of Amit Shah. CM Kejriwal tweeted, ‘’What you could not do for 15 years, now you need three more years? Why should people trust you? Let you stay? You won’t. Now we will show Delhi to be garbage free.’’
