PM Modi To Preside Over Second National Conference Of Chief Secretaries In January
Delhi, 5th December 2022: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will preside over the second National Conference of Chief Secretaries in January, a senior officer informed. According to the official, Prime Minister Modi will preside over the second National Conference of Chief Secretaries in Delhi ahead of the Union Budget 2023-24.
The official said that the second national conference of chief secretaries will be held in Delhi in January next year. This conference will prove to be an important step towards further strengthening the partnership between the Central and State Governments. Several officials, including youth district collectors and magistrates from states and union territories, as well as central ministries, are likely to participate in the conference.
Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman will present the Budget 2023-24 in Parliament on 1st February 2023. It may be noted that in June this year, PM Modi chaired the first three-day National Conference of Chief Secretaries at Dharamshala in Himachal Pradesh.
PM Modi has returned to Delhi after casting his vote in the Gujarat Assembly. After the Gujarat elections, PM Modi started his next mission. In Delhi, he inaugurated the BJP’s two-day national executive meeting.
Here he will set the agenda regarding the elections of five states, including Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh. In this meeting, chaired by BJP National President Jagat Prakash Nadda, big leaders of the party, including in-charges of all the states, will participate. The preparations for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections will also be reviewed here.
After the party meeting, PM Modi will attend an all-party meeting at Rashtrapati Bhavan this evening. The meeting will discuss seeking suggestions and discussing and finalizing strategies for the G-20 summit to be hosted by India.
