Mumbai, 1st May 2023: On the occasion of the completion of 9 years of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s government, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has launched a month-long Maha Jan Sampark campaign starting from May 31. The campaign aims to reach out to every Lok Sabha constituency in the state, with a total of 48 meetings planned. Prime Minister Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah are scheduled to hold one meeting each in the state as part of this campaign.
Union ministers and senior BJP leaders will also travel to each Lok Sabha constituency to hold meetings and engage with the public. The campaign will disseminate information about the development works and welfare schemes undertaken by the Modi government, reaching out to approximately 80 crore citizens across the country. As part of this extensive campaign, 51 rallies, over 500 meetings, and more than 600 press conferences will be organized nationwide. Special efforts will be made to connect with over 5 lakh families in each Lok Sabha constituency through various communication methods.
Campaign regional coordinator MLA Praveen Darekar and BJP Mumbai President MLA Ashish Shelar announced that beneficiary and senior worker contact programs will be organized at the Lok Sabha, Vidhan Sabha, and polling station levels. The aim is to ensure effective communication and engagement with the people at every level.
To ensure comprehensive coverage, each of the 4 Lok Sabha constituencies has been divided into divisions. In these divisions, esteemed leaders such as the state in-charge and national general secretary C. T. Ravi, Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya, Union Minister Bhupendra Yadav, Anurag Thakur, Pralhad Singh Patel, Ajay Kumar Mishra, MP Tirath Singh Rawat, Sadanand Gowda, and Madhya Pradesh Minister Arvind Bhaduria will travel to interact with the public.
The BJP aims to highlight the achievements of the Modi government over the past 9 years. Under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi, India has emerged as one of the top 5 economies in the world, showcasing the rapid acceleration of the country’s economy. The “Apna Parivar, Apna Vikas” (Our Family, Our Development) policy has ushered in a new era of inclusive growth and development, with a focus on “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas” (Together with All, Development for All). Unlike previous governments, the Modi administration has not only announced plans and projects but has also ensured their immediate implementation. The government’s welfare schemes are reaching the intended beneficiaries, ensuring that 100 percent benefits are delivered to those in need.
