On becoming a minister, Raj Kumar got all these portfolios. Arvind Kejriwal made this announcement in a press conference on the completion of seven years of DDCD (Dialogue and Development Commission of Delhi).
Kejriwal said in the press conference that they had started DDCD so that if the government comes up with a new scheme, DDCD should do all the research related to it. He said that whatever schemes the Delhi government brings are successful. “I want to give credit to DDCD and that in seven years, DDCD has implemented more than 70 projects,” he said.
